The festival this year includes performances from Julian Bliss alongside pianist Charles Owen, saxophonist Manu Brazo with pianist Prajna Indrawati, and the Consone String Quartet. Leading Italian ensemble La Fonte Musica makes a much anticipated return to the UK, offering a programme of music by Guillame Dufay under the direction of Michele Pasotti. Closing the festival will be The Orchestra of St John’s conducted by John Lubbock. There’s also a series of talks to bring insight to each performance, with speakers including esteemed author Sarah Dunant for a lecture on the rebirth of creativity in Renaissance Italy, Professor Natasha Loges and Brian David. https://www.tetburymusicfestival.org/
