A year of concerts of the music of Johann Sebastian Bach. For the whole of this academic year new College Choir will be featuring the music of J S Bach. Robert Quinney performs a three-part series of performances of Bach’s Clavier-Übung, a collection of virtuosic pieces for organ, which he will explore via performances and lectures. A highlight of the year will be a performance in the Sheldonian on 7 May to celebrate a gift to the Bodleian Library of an autograph Bach MS.
